Taccolo is a language learning assistance tool developed by Takumi Saito. The core function of Taccolo is making "Learning Set", LS for short. Learning Set is has Original Text, Translation, and List of Words. Take some favorite text, make an LS with it. I believe this structure of LS is great as a learning material. You can always come back to your LS, edit your own LS and do word quiz using Flashcards function. Another cool thing about Taccolo is you can interact with other users through Comment section and Help Request section of each LS. If there is something you don't understand in your LS, you can ask for help from native speakers or more advanced learners.
Takumi Saito is from Japan, now based in Prague. He is from a small town in Japan that you don't know, so please don't ask him where in Japan he is from. He made Taccolo with a web application framework called ASP.NET Core. Code of Taccolo is freely available on his GitHub repository.
